My goal as a personal trainer & fitness instructor is to help others become fit, improve their quality of life, reach their fitness goals, and make long-term lifestyle changes. 

 

My workouts are challenging, effective, safe, efficient and fun. I focus on strength building, functional training and weight loss management.  I pay special attention in designing fitness programs based on specific client goals and needs. I help keep my clients motivated, to stay on track with their fitness program and help them push past their  plateaus.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING:

(2 - 4 People/ Session)

60 Minute Session

$110.00/ Person

30 Minute Session
